I've just come back from their website clacoste, made interesting reading namely the contracts that have been finished, the contracts and work in hand and mainly nil debt.
Divesting of work in two states and one territory (NSW, VIC and NT) and concentrating with WA and QLD was a wise move.
What I didn't like to read was performance shares being issued to the MD (subject to shareholder approval). When I first started work it wasn't unusual to be given a bonus but that had to be earned, so a few extra dollars given to management and staff when there's a healthy profit in the bank I wouldn't vote against.
By the way I was one of those buyers today.
