I think if any objections are forth coming, they must be heard by DAP (development assessment panel)as a formality, this could take days,weeks or months. Out of IFE control. That's only if they received objections. Seaemay by your "months away" response, they must have 1 or more objections/concerns. Once they have this approval, finance will be easier to arrange.
