Just finished work and hooking into my red, she wants to shut me up again.
Yes, nameplate is a different story for everybody I talk to.
I talked to the acting quarry manager 3 days ago, Dave, talk to him yourself mate, just get on the phone, very approachable bloke.
Im on the hill and control what goes into the crusher, making sure it runs at the optimum capacity levels it has been designed for.
The best we got was 41,000 for a 24 hour period. Numerous minor problems that are easily fixed when suppliers send the right f@#$%&*g parts, which has set us back another month, new wear plates are stronger which is great.
It is just the everyday problems that arise with a new plant that anybody in the industry can testify to.
We are definitely not at a production name plate level constantly on a daily basis no matter what anybody says..but will be achieved soon.
The biggest problem the mill has are the secondary crushers.
Thats about it, so are we ready to achieve nameplate once we get over some minor issues as I have said so many times and I keep getting harpooned for it in here. Telling people the truth not so popular in here.
    To give you an example of where we are at;
MTD as of 20-July-13 and "DONT ASK" !!!
    Current blasted inventory = 542,000
    Crusher feeds = 595,000
    Re handle = 20,634
    Rom re handle = 79,470
So, there you have it, almost there and with the problems I have mentioned which we have on our hands, you can see how GBG could say, "WE HAVE NAME PLATE" capacity. Like I have said before, a play on words that would not be entirely incorrect.
So, it depends on who you talk to.
As for what my wife tells me, I am not going to jail for in a forum of people I do not know, not to mention have the entire Ningning family running after me.
You are more than welcome to ask me questions, but a lot of people in here watch what I say, so unfortunately I have to be careful what and how I say anything.
My wife`s family can lift me out of here with a lift of a phone.
All is well and will be in due course, people just have to be patient with everything.
    All the best to you
