I am with you Muzzarati, but being proved right is not giving me the same warm fuzzy feeling of satisfaction I get in other matters (not related to TIS). In the case of TIS, it is pure frustration all the way through.
I voted No for a number of reasons, not least because of board recommendation to vote yes. My view was that they were so incompetent, I would always be right if I stuck to voting against anything they recommended. They have done nothing since moving to USA which changes my view.
I still have faith in the products we have and pipeline, but fear all opportunities will continue to be squandered. And then one day someone will "invent a better mouse trap" and we will go out of business. Such is the cynicism generated by this bunch of nincompoops.
