Cabe, it's the unskilled youngsters who are not in any position to bargain. They are vulnerable. Further, there may be plenty of work at this time but things will not always be like this. When the labour market starts to contract and the the labour shortage swings to a labour surplus, business will really start to cut all workers conditions under the new proposals....
