Correction. 595,000t in 2/3 of a month isn't nameplate volume especially if there is a large percentage of magnetite due to wastage. Converting IO from 35% to 68% grade Magnetite has to result in at least 50% wastage and another poster is suggesting 66% wastage. So if I include 66% wastage and 80% magnetite, the monthly rate becomes about 5mtpa which is about half the production required for nameplate (i.e. 10mtpa including DSO). But it is not likely these numbers are correct since 12 ships will go this month or at least 720,000t which is a run rate of 8.6mtpa.

RDD, could you please help unravel the truth about production numbers? The numbers you gave for the crusher don't seen to correlate with shipping figures. sdo
