Picking up comments in relation to Rett Syndrome. Reviews and updates will happen shortly. The Rett trial will produce another set of results which will never show up in medical or company announcements. Parents will observe their Rett girls and women during the medication period and following the end of meds. Initially, as you point out, there is a low dose cohort which is given over a 14 day period. Dosage will increase and the period of dosage will be lengthened to 28 days.

Parents will observe the behavioural impact of the treatment; hand wringing, verbalisation, rigidity of body movement, calmness and alertness; seizures and breathing patterns. This is a trial - unlike the Intrepid trial for TBI - where efficacy is on display. Parents will know it works (or not works) long before doctors and investigators release any data or unblind the trial.
