rodgersd - i'm sure if you look back through the early announcements you can read all about sedco. in the recent investor briefing (july 13 - slide 13) it is mentioned as follows:
67m Represents full outstanding Federal Court claim initiated by Sedco Forex International Inc. against Nexus and its subsidiary Nexus Energy WA Pty Ltd for alleged breach and repudiation of contract relating to Transocean drilling rig. The claim is not expected to be resolved until 2014. Nexus is strenuously defending the claim.
