You say there will be no T/O by Range, how can you be sure of that as you are not on the board. Give Range 10% in lieu of the options.?? That makes a 29.9% stake , having they have 19.9% now already. If so then over that don't they need to inform of a T/O.???

Who told you 10% extra to be given to Range, not yet officially released by company.??? That's unsubstantiated, hearsay on your part alone releasing this.

Talk was that if Range exercised their options , it would take them to about 36% from memory, if given 10% as you say its still not far off that exercise price and isn't it over 19.9% they have to declare. I may be wrong but its something to that effect.

It annoys me that you elect yourself as a spokesperson releasing info that the company has not released and I am sure others are too. If you know this then what else do you know that you aren't telling.??? Whats in the reserves as you say this is coming out Monday.???
