    most of your post is just waffle that I am sure you dont really expect me to reply to.

    The one point I will make is in your interpretation of my last para:
    "So you this IR "reform" as a form of coercion, allowing those who for whatever reason are unable to skill themselves to be punished by a system that condemns them to a life of abject poverty."

    I see IR as a form of encouragement, where there are potential rewards for those who make the effort and time to skill thmselves in a way that advantages their competitive position in the marketplace and incidently will likely also be advantageous to the whole community.

    However there will likely always be some place for those who do not wish to or are unable to skill themelves, but as is natural, it is not likely to give them equal opportunities and benefits as those who do skill themselves.

    There are very few people who are completely unable to learn a skill to better themselves. chuck, you might well be one of them with your extremely negative outlook on life.
