That's how they get things done.

Good employees are invaluable. They take time to find and train. They know the business and they add to it's success as they do their own.

Employers don't need bludgers, trouble makers or the incompetant.

Unfortunately these dead heads are more adept at passing the interview process than they are at being effective in the job. The employer must dismiss them immediately so they do not bring down the business.

Dead heads are afraid of the changes. Anyone competant is invaluable, and if they are dismissed unfairly (in their opinion) they will be easily able to find a better job.

Large businesses and the Public service are rife with ineffective employees. They are a cost burden on us all and the sooner they are removed the better.

Good workers are invaluable and have everything to gain from the changes.
