I can see you don't understand gold as an investment class.
I think investing in good equities is a great thing, but I don't believe in being limited when it comes to making returns that outperform the stock indicies.
I don't care if its a currency, stock, commodity, or bond, if you can make more money than the averages why limit yourself?
The main reason is people are not skilled enough to invest in a range of assets.
Gold has outperformed the stock market indexes over the last 13yrs.
