    re: Ann: MEP: Scotia Tenements Purchased From... I think AQQ has already earned 51% interest in the Scotia tenements but will they have the funds to spend to earn the remaining 29% or will they just sell their complete interest to MEP as it seems the only avenue for instant funding.
