If you are 'trading' then I would wait for a slightly lower price; there is turmoil ahead (imho).

But if you are 'accumulating' then I would put more emphasis on the 'timing of the purchase'. There may be 'no dividend' later in 2013 or early in 2014. Good news may start to appear in April 2014. And a dividend may appear in late 2014. Perhaps these dates may give give a guide to the purchase of additional shares. Especially as the 'strip ratio' will be improving and Malu underground comming into production and being reported in the 'quarterly' issued in July 2014.
