4mnths ahead of pvd, less than half market cap, page-14

I think it is coming down to the options....there are arguments for and against....personally if the options are converted and they hit the good gear then the dilution will be long forgotten. If they get nothing then the cash in the bank will be coveted.
My only other comment relates to the expectations of the Moroccan Govt. I am unsure why this approval is dragging on. Surely they realise that this is a high stakes game. We have one year to drill....that means to organise all that is necessary to put a hole in the ground.
Is there something delaying it which is caused by the company? Eve tells us no , that they have all that is required to sign off.
Jeffo, is that PI,s selling the crap out of this at 21 to 21.5...be interested to hear you thoughts on the selling the past 4 days. it is trying to break up but is being well held....same story for the past 11 months!
