We have been told so many times in the past that I have lost count, that XStrata was going to take us over even before that famous JORC was released. We have even being convinced by Nev at the time that we should form a coalition/Group of Shareholders to stop this from happening and to offer protection and support to WM in fending that T/O off.

And yet, when the sp crashed to those lows after the JORC release, XStrata didn't make any moves at all in taking us out from the ASX listed companies list, when the opportunity was presented to them on a silver platter.
