PNG's the same with gated communities...like who would travel there to work without living gated? As this country slides further downward in base human discrimination...ie the gap widens even further against those that can disseminate psychologically toward good human behavior and conscience Vs those that cannot and are modernly politically empowered never to.

Once an egalitarian country and now a politically inspired reverse apartheid nation....early days still but apt as the new social norm modernly.
