I think the Issue for us is that the large company interest the government has been getting for lulo is dangerous for us. Can you imagine what they would be saying re how much quicker a large co with funding could get things moving. The Angolan government wants overseas investment but I'm sure they are wondering whether lom is the best placed party to take this forward. And they would be right... We have dawdled for years... Can you imagine this happening under rio? Of course the Angolan government is largely to blame for how slow this had moved... But money speaks and we have none.
Tomorrow will tell but I am confident this is going to end badly.
