no evidence he's leveraged - if he'd pledged his stock as collateral against a loan that that would have required a statement to the ASX - none have been forthcoming.
The only leverage I've seen are the 'loan funded share scheme' (also known as the 'secret squirrel buyback') which was non-recourse. So whatever else CDU's issues are, I don't think they include a margin call for Wayne.
