I'd suspect based off previous announcements wording that the current drilling program has already been paid up front.
I think people need to pay attention to the two sites in Canada as well. In my opinion this is not just an ordinary spec stock, other spec stocks I'm in on have one shot to make it, as opposed to three shots!
