Go back and rad the3 report the reason given was the market capital and idiots like you said at the time I was insane saying all that would happen was the SP would fall meaning the market capital would be less.
So maybe it is the big boys that are running the show and all the directors do is collect their fees, Directors are there to increase the value of the company and not just make decisions that erode the shareholders value and that for your information includes shareholders of .000005% of shares as well as the big boys
