The following is the text of a letter that I have forwarded to Senator John Williams on the 28th July,2013, requesting my CuDeco(CDU) representations to be included as a common factor with the up-coming Senate Standing Committee on Economics. A lengthy dosier was forwarded with the letter.

CuDeco(CDU) Limited – Data for Senate Public Enquiry.

Dear Senator Williams,

I refer to my letter of the 13th June, 2013, concerning the trading of CuDeco(CDU) Limited Securities. In it, I asked you to consider including my representations as a common factor with the Senate Public Enquiry regarding ASIC & CBA activities.

In support, therefore, I have enclosed herewith copies of letters written to :

1. The Chairman, Australian Securities and Investments Commission(ASIC).

2. The Prime Minister of Australia.

3. Hon. Bernie Ripoll, MP, Private Secretary to the Treasurer,

4. The Commonwealth Ombudsman.

This correspondence will give you some idea of the difficulties and frustration that I have encountered into getting an investigation into the trading of CuDeco(CDU) Limited Securities on the 18th August, 2010, and into an unsigned document “F..... S...........” circulated to subscribers at the time. In my opinion, manipulation of the CDU share price could have occurred and an investigation was warranted.

The recent decision handed down by the High Court ruled that buying or selling shares on the share market to maintain a share price should be considered market manipulation.

This now gives ASIC more scope to investigate my claims.

Also, this matter could help the Senate Public Enquiry to show that Authorities should have known about systemic trading issues affecting CuDeco and the share market in general, yet refuse to even acknowledge that there is a problem in the system.

I wrote to the Prime Minister, the Hon. Kevin Rudd, MP, on the 4th July, 2013,requesting a Government Enquiry or even a Royal Commission, but have not had a reply.
