I cringe at stating the obvious and facing the chance of being called a devils advocate, i have to say that 'still unknown' factors are indeed effecting the share price.
I don't think that it's an opinion though - i think it is pretty much a fact and that quite a few ESIers would agree that it is the single only bane of our existence right now.

Aside from the effect that seeing the first pour of cement at our plant will have on our psychology;
and regardless of the on-screen excitement that could play out when ALDP, Monash and 'X' align;
and omitting the imbedded wealth within our game-changing product and its attractiveness to major outside key players;
and despite the word wide patenting activity that has gone on successfully for us in the last 4 years and the monopoly that it could imply....

we are actually still swimming (like Dorey).

BUT - i do think it will all change for the better and that it is simply taking what i call an expected X2 (times 2) scedule.
That is, i times all announcements of any expected time-frames by two at least...and maybe 3 or 4 when it comes to MicroCaps like us who are aiming for the big league.
Well, really,when you look at our audience we do have the (very) big league looking squre at us and that is what the irish call quare good (fother e).

And so that brings me around to the full circle...that league of nations and companies that are calculating and prodding around the value that may become unlocked by the qualities and possibilities that we are all investing in.

Now, as the angels advocate, Ithat say I do believe our management are strategically taking this break-through technology safely into the jungle, with care and diligence.
We don't want to get ripped off and yet we can't keep the cat in the bag forever at risk of industrial espionage. Now is the time to strike and we are striking.
Look at Australias and the Worlds energy situation in line with the carbon reduction schemes that are popping up everywhere on a global scale.
We have come to greet it and we may have been a few years mistimed, but we are the furtherest in front (as my nephew says).
Unfortunately, to build this planned empire we are at the mercy of the time-frames that others place upon us like roks in our pockets it seems.
And that's the paradox - what us shareholders can see as apparent obstacles that the company MUST climb and required parts of our journey in order to reach the final destination - the plants first pour.
