What do you base that on? The company in its release to the ASX said no fulltime staff in any department were being laid off. They made a point of highlighting that should the changes not go through they'd be prepped and ready for business. Given some of their competitors are laying off staff they might actually win new business should the changes not go through...a reasonable probability. A lot of uncertainty here but by no means a dead company. Perversely they could actually dominate the industry after this typical Rudd schomozzle.
Some of MMS's biggest clients are not for profits and other care workers...a pool of past labour voters quite possibly who might change now...
