RED should get close to the $35m minimum if the 'top three shareholders' contribute their share ($10.9m).
Also approximately 80% of shareholders have '1 to 10,000' shares, so it will not be the amount they have to contribute but whether they want to risk more money on a company that has continually failed to meet guidance. I have less than 10,000 shares and I intend trying to get more than my fair share. At 35c the risk/reward is OK for me.
