1) The document confuses brokers with institutional owners and then uses this to suggest conspiracy.
2) it confuses nominee holdings with beneficial ownership
3) it uses stock borrow data from the ASX/ASIC that is prone to data errors when someone fails to fill in the form on time or stock is recalled to suggest 'off market covering'.
4) It makes assertions about 'wash trades' that just aren't backed up by any of the 'evidence' provided. If people are buying and selling the stock, without changing their overall postion, that's called market making. Wash trades are attempts to boost the apparent liquidity of a stock. CDU has been pretty illiquid until M&G started selling!

I note that yet again my posts are getting moderated - is there any chance whoever is doing that could shoot me an email? I've read the defamation guide and posting guidelines and i'm struggling to understand how what I've said is breaching those, or at least breaching them more than any of the other posts round here. I'd just like to understand what the mods concerns are.
