Good work Kevin, sending the correct message to all Politicians, if found guilty they should all be prosecuted.

What amazes me is that to this day after the biggest Scandal in Australian Political history under the Howard Govt, (AWB Scandal), no one has ever been charged.

Speaking to reporters in Sydney before the report was made public, Mr Rudd said he had been disgusted by what he had seen come out of the ICAC hearings.

One of Mr Rudd's first acts when he was reinstalled as Prime Minister was to announce a federal intervention into the NSW branch of the Labor Party to try and root out any corruption.

On July 4, Mr Rudd gave NSW ALP secretary Sam Dastyari 30 days to report on cleaning up the branch, and sought changes including the expulsion of any member found to be corrupt or engaging in improper conduct.

Cleaning up the scandal-plagued NSW Labor has been seen as one of the hurdles to Mr Rudd's re-election as Prime Minister.

Also speaking before the report was tabled, Home Affairs Minister Jason Clare - who holds the western Sydney seat of Blaxland - said the book should be thrown at any wrong doers.
