i agree with your assessment of the situation based on what has been put into an ASX release
it is a reasonable assumtion that given the recent interest in buying up Gas reserves in the USA that TPG are seeking to capitalise on possible opportunities... BHP did the same thing
Whislt i am not going to put the cart before the horse, and noting that there is likely still much work to do, having TPG as a financial backer is a SIGNIFICANT moment for this Company. This has changed EVERYTHING. I imagine TPG would be on the same page as you regarding selling the assets into a bigger USA player.
If we can prove up the valuation of our "3P" reserves, and covert to "1P" via production, and resulting sell the asset to a significant gas producer (conservative example, exclude Helper Shale reserveses not yet identified) then i feel it is possible we could see 10c per share....
Yes, people may say "whoopdie do, 10c"... to those people i say, depends on your cost base....
