The sale of the Davyhurst plant by CRS may be taken as a positive sign for IGR down the track.
Not that IGR would have an interest in the Davyhurst region,but it highlights that gold plants can be and are being traded-at a substantial discount to replacement value (even after allowing for dismantling/site preparation/transport/rebuild).
This plant is not in isolation. Last month SBM sold Carusoe Dam to SAR and have other idle plants. There are also the twins at New Cel/Jubilee amongst others.
If IGR come up with the right exploration results in the next few months, plant should not be a problem.
