I am glad to hear that you are going to participate to the full extent plus some more, honestly. I do hope that all other holders are cashed up and that I am an exception. If I am not an isolated case though (and I hold quite a few shares), raising the $35mil will be difficult. There is always the odd chance that the instos know something we don't, which will convince them to buy the shortfall. Fingers crossed as we may all be at their mercy.
