Hope the MD Raleigh is a departure from Guido and more focusing on positive cash flow and restore shareholder value. Guido had been to aggressive for growth and result of it a lot shareholder value destroyed by Guido path.

If Raleigh can take the lead and make the share price above $1 in the future. then I am sure a lot of shareholders will be very happy to grant him option of millions units of shares for his hard work.
