GJT has some good assetts but is a litle risky? will not pay dividends and will only be a capital return stock if they sell assets for more than what they owe,88% plus debt is a bit scary for me, although it could be one of those rise from the dead stocks? AJA has been paying dividends all through the resession , up to 28% return at one stage on my investment any way , with all the refinancing now done and now low interest rates AJA will show great returns,cheers
