Mate your guess would be as good as the next guys until they officially announce it. However, with the cash on hand one would think anytime soon.
Weather permitting, but again unless someone has heard from on the ground, who knows if it is raining or not? You can drill in rainy conditions, however maybe shut things down for safety in electrical storms or flooded access roads.
IMO from the suggestions in the companies announcments, the drilling wont be too far off. They have got the cash and the ore body, why wait?
