    re: Ann: Updates on the progress of the Dingy... Maxpowerdc - both parties have the ability to rescind from 1/8/13 given the lack of SEHK sign off so far. Combine this with the Potash stories from yesterday and there is your fear factor. I'm not sure anyone 'knows' anything but the risks of no deal are certainly much higher than they were a couple of days ago.
