They have not sold 117T, they have delivered 117T of REO equivalent. You have to read Lynas' reports literally, word for word.
It makes sense - potential customers will say "send us a few tonnes and we'll see what it's like". it might be invoiceable after analysis.
I agree it is probably mostly La and Ce. Probably sold 150t at $7/kg.
