Oh dear - just what we DIDN'T need! PDN has abandoned the plans to sell a strategic portion of the LH operation, and will do a cap raising by a further 15% dilution of issued shares being placed to institutions.
There goes the uptrend - watch it turn sharply down - again.
And what about that big sell-down the other day? Who knew about this? I think the ASX needs to take a long hard look at PDN....
Surely this would have to rank up there with the Newcrest scandal in terms of insider trading?
