i have been an ECP shareholder for a while now and i very rarely post messages. I guess i am just one of those silent majority types.
Anyway
I thought i would just let Aflatoon, singas, PussnBoots, NSX, thirnstonhowell, black_jeck and toscanun know that I will also be voting "NO" to the proposed minority buyout offer as well.
This will be the first time i will be exercising my right to vote at any shareholders meeting ever!. The reason being that I believe the offer of $0.55 is extremely low given medium and long term prospects (2 years +).
I will have more to say in the following weeks and i encourage other minority shareholders to actively vote against the proposal and voice their opinion.
