fair points acorn, although sometimes you need to see these BS headlines to find some good information, Im not just a bear wanting a crash to happen so i can buy a cheap property, i truly believe it will happen, in WA at least. As ive stated before atm i prefer to grow my business to a level where im happy with it than put my money into a 30 year mortgage. I could easily buy now if i choose to but feel i will be able to pay it off much quicker in the future if i wait, but thats just me.

I just read the government has revised up there unemployment figures to 6.25% from 5.75%, so things are looking as good as some would hope
