Borshoff from memory came out a few weeks ago and stated there was a revised offer for the strategic portion. We all assumed it was a positive higher negotiated price/deal?
It stands to reason that's when Borshoff knew if the sale was going ahead. imo
Either they pulled the pin(revised offer) or he shelved plans to go ahead or there was no higher or more attractive offer in the first place and he just bought time?. imo.
Obviously the insiders knew the result and stand to gain. imo
Atm Borshoff has no bargaining power and we as small shareholders have to wear it. imo
1-2 years down the track and small shareholders should benefit from this short term hit IF the Uranium story stacks up. imo
PDN is a day traders dream and the day they move on is the day the uptrend is sustained.
The selldown on resumption of trade will offer a a low entry for some or provide some topup opportunity for others if they have available funds. imo
The bottom has to be in place soon if the U story has legs and Mother Nature does not involve herself.
Back to Borshoff, his lack of trust will be questioned now but I believe now, a few days to think about it, theres not a lot he could have done. Cash upto the end of 2014 helps to get PDN over the line. imo
Time will tell. imo
Note, I maybe miles off the mark here as I'm not as familiar with Pdn as others are on here.
