CNOOC owns the land that Samson sold to Chesapeake.

Samson now has a partnership in what is the best of the Hawke Springs land not sold to Chesapeake. So if all goes well here then maybe CNOOC would like a hand to prove up their Hawke Springs land. Oh ..the irony.

funnier still if they formed a partnership at Fort Peck..but no I think the deal will go through in due course. Had several deals delayed due legal rubbish especially where finance is concerned.. Banks and Lawyers...geez !

Should be some news about this week. fingers on the buzzer !
