re: Ann: OGH: Scheme of Arrangement to Merge ... Mate if the market doesn't appreciate EMR's value then someone will take care of it. Channel seven did it, and International Petroleum are doing it right now too. The chairman basically has no stock and wants to keep his 60k a year so his opinion is redundant.
