Well Sector I do not feel sorry for them. They have had their chances, instead they dream of 40% drops and crashes to get a house. They can flood the threads with dread, steal thumbs and boost their dribble posts. The end of the day they either pay up rent wise or buy. They sure do have some strange heroes.
