    Rates are being dropped to stimulate economic activity not keep property afloat. This in turn will push real estate higher. Astonished at the level of ignorance of bearish property posters - experts who hold nothing and rent dumps in the bush! Only here I am afraid - elsewhere in credible forums you would be howled down.
