I think the roadshow would be a success and we can easily score the placement we need. I reckon one of the best things OSL has got going for them is the capital structure. Only 240 million shares on issue, management and founders hold 50%. Private investors like a tight ship. When you think about it, all the big runners on the ASX like SIR and ISN don't have a lot of shares on issue. A lot of the bios on the ASX are quite diluted already (400- 1 billion shares or more).
