why is it smokers and drinkers pay extra taxes for those that don't,and in general it is the poorer who pay,the richer are more educated,does the government really want them to stop when theyare filling a 5.2 billion black hole,these governments are beurocracy gone mad,we pay for all the garbage they keep stuffing up,we pay for green fools with idiotic policies to support jobs for brainless uni morons that cant work in the real world
