IMHO, BCL will resource for free why should they invest in BML? This is absolutely disgraceful. PV put millions into this company and claimed he knows Botswana well.
IMHO, I'm expecting liquidation soon. This tell us something about Botswana country.
By 2015, there will be massive shortage of electricity in South Africa. Botswana gets electricity from South Africa, but only if South Africa has spare capacity.
I can't wait to see what happen to this rubbish country Botswana. IMHO, without electricity they will have no economy.
