‘It will end in destruction as man left to his own devices is pretty cruel and greedy (survival of the fittest)’
Ok this brings us back to a question I asked earlier today that wasn’t answered.
I asked ‘If you didn’t fear eternal damnation would you have sexually transmitted diseases, binge drink, use illegal and illicit drugs, watch youth porn and I’ll further add steal, cheat, rape and murder?’
Forgive me if I am wrong, but some of the recent posts make it sound like religion (or fear of punishment and wanting to be rewarded) is what is holding man back from committing evil and I find this hard to accept – and quite frankly very disturbing!
So could somebody please answer this question based on a hypothetical situation.
God appears before you and tells you that today you can commit any crime you want and it will have ZERO influence on His judgement on you when your time comes. What would you do?
Knowing that you could go anything you wanted (you could steal, cheat, rape, murder etc etc etc) with absolutely no consequences and knowing that you would never have to take responsibility for your actions no matter evil they were, what would you do?
I would love a response that actually answers my question.
