re: Ann: iSonea Achieves TGA Approval for Lis... They have around 13-14m in cash which will do for now , they will need to provide capital to make these devices and market them. When sales dont come as fast as i suspect then there could be a lower priced capital raisings by early next year. They may run out of dough before they even get approval to sell in the US or Europe. Its not like these guys have any experience in doing any of this so expect a few hiccups.
I have seen other tech that is simpler to use , Instrument maker Masimo use's a pulse oximeter to measure a persons Acoustic Respiration Rate . They are a multi-billion dollar company and could easily roll out a simple device to compete.
They also have an acoustic device which they use for monitoring patients.

Acoustic Respiration Rate (RRa™) is a breakthrough measurement that allows clinicians to noninvasively and continuously assess patients’ breathing—facilitating earlier detection of respiratory compromise and patient distress
