We had a recent example where a poster had phoned Lynas...had a conversation and then posted the result on HC. The LYC personnel then asked for the post to be removed due to not being told it was going to be posted on a public forum.
If the conversation can be granted permission by Alan Jury then it can be unmodded (is that a bloody word!).
Please ask to person whilst you are making the call and state the disclosure within your post. Thanks.
