Dr gray was voted off the board a number of years ago, he's certainly no longer the chairman and does hold quite a grudge against the present board regardless of the great job they have done for all shareholders (including him)

He's been a very destabilising influence from time to time, voting agaist various AGM resolutions etc.

He's been a seller all the way up from below $6, in my opinion this is great news for all remaining shareholders.
